Women Leaders’ Hangout is a creative feminist entity that seeks to host quarterly events that focus on women and career mobility. We create spaces, connect peer and ally networks that allow for collective peer bargain up and a strong referral network. We also collaborate with HR Agencies and respective industry leaders for young women influencers visibility.

The Women Leaders’ Hangout profiles women who have defied gender stereotypes, faced unsurmountable challenges and embarked on leadership journeys which have required transformative philosophies and great leadership skills to ultimately triumph in contextual leadership.

Our aim is to host conversations about Gender Equality at work with the goal of improving women’s work experience.
