From organizing to Running for Office – with Faith Kasina

This series explores how young women experience elections in Kenya. It is set on the backdrop of the 2022 Kenyan General Elections, held on 9th August 2022. The series features voter mobilizers, peace and security actors; and young women leaders working towards the mitigation of election-based sexual gender based violence. 

Faith Kasina opens up about what motivated her to get into elective politics. What makes her want to be a leader? She tells us how she has been received and what it is like to mobilize young female voters.
