Usawa Inc. is a female-founder led organisation with a strong local team, which is progressive and intersectional in its approach.

We work on co-creating equitable and decent work, political and public spaces for women through feminist approaches to work, politics and public life.

Usawa also convenes a networking event, the Women Leaders Hangout, for discourse and collective feminist action on rights at work.

Through our Swaiba Podcast, Usawa Inc. features intersectional, and feminist stories of leadership and life experience.
